We have a personal, customer-focused approach whereby your needs and options as a customer are central to each team member.

The majority of our specialists have been trained in-house. Knowledge is at our heart and skills are applied at the highest level. NICO MAESSEN

Nico Maessen is one of the founders of Oogst, and over the course of his 15 years of experience in media and publishing, he has become a specialist in media strategy, commercial and results-oriented advertising. Within Oogst, he is responsible for General Management, Sales, Marketing and Legal. Nico holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen.

PHILIP SPAAS

Founder Philip Spaas has a background in Telecom (KPN), IT and media consultancy and more. Within Oogst, he is responsible for General Management, HR, Operations and Finance. Philip has the necessary skills to help customers start to make online improvements and is responsible for sales and internal processes. Philip holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen.

MAURICE VRIEND

Maurice Vriend is manager Operations and is responsible for the operational management and planning of the SEA and SEO teams. Over the years, Maurice has built up a huge amount of practical experience, and in addition to his role as MT member, he supports customers at a strategic level to formulate, achieve, and even exceed targets.

ARJEN HETTINGA

As a Client Services Director, Arjen Hettinga is responsible for the translation of strategy into the various specialisms. Arjen graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Amsterdam and leads a team of online marketers working in search engine advertising (SEA), search engine optimization (SEO), affiliate marketing, display and social advertising. Arjen is a sought-after speaker and is involved in a range of congresses and seminars relating to web analytics and online marketing.
